Key Responsibilities

• Implement Digital Strategy:
  • Develop and execute the local digital strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage a prioritized portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with central guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain digital manufacturing standards and a productivity pipeline.
• Data Management & Analytics:
  • Oversee data and reporting strategies, coaching the Data Analyst to prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Increase data utilization while reducing manual, non-value-added tasks.
• Application Landscape Governance:
  • Ensure alignment between operational workflows and digital application landscapes.
  • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to maintain application lifecycle and responsibilities.
• Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, participating in proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Foster knowledge sharing across teams and inspire innovation locally.
• Team Development:
  • Build digital skills across all employees in collaboration with L&D.
  • Promote a culture of digital maturity and innovation.
• Budget & Project Management:
  • Prepare, manage, and defend project proposals for funding.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and ROI expectations.

  • Strong project portfolio management skills, including budgeting and ROI analysis.

  • Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and processes.
