Danone MENA is looking for a highly dynamic Documentation Executive for its Specialized Nutrition Business in the Middle East and North Africa region to be based in Cairo, Egypt.

This role is designed to:

1. Manage and maintain shipping documentation
2. Deliver verified documentation in line with lead time timely customs clearance process at destination country
3. Drive efficiencies in documentation
4. Drive improvement in processing lead times for documentation

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Effectively communicate with internal & external stake-holders on documentation status

• Process, examine & challenge required import/export shipping documents as per the regulations of each market

• Deliver verified documentation in line with lead time timely customs clearance process at destination country

• Root cause analysis of documentation challenges

• Drive continuous improvements in documentation to deliver efficiencies

• Tracking of shipments, follow up of customs clearance onto delivery customer warehouse

• Deploy tools for tracking of shipment from supply points to destination country

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

1) Shipment accuracy - First time right documentation ahead of vessel arrival at destination

2) Root cause analysis on delays with Corrective Action Plan

3) Maintain & file documentation SOPs

4) Productivity on documentation efficiencies

To be successful in the role you should ideally have

Education and professional experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a multinational FMCG and/or Pharma company
• Primarily hands on knowledge on local distributor management and supply chain management.
• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is often required.

• Competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point

Location:

Cairo, Egypt.

Fluent in English.
