About the job

As we continue strengthening our workplace experience across the Nordics and Baltics, this role plays a key part in ensuring our NorBal offices remain safe, sustainable, compliant and engaging for all Danoners. As Facilities & WISE² Manager, you will lead the consistent delivery of workplace operations and WISE² standards (Danone’s global framework for Health, Safety & Wellbeing) across the region, ensuring safe, efficient and aligned ways of working.

You will collaborate closely with local office teams, HRBPs, Finance, the WISE² team, onsite stakeholders and external vendors, while role-modelling our values and managing the NorBal office budget. The role is central to elevating employee experience and advancing our proactive health, safety & wellbeing culture

Location: This position can be based in either our Solna (Sweden) or Riga (Latvia) office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office services, planned/reactive maintenance, front of house standards and onsite events, ensuring safe systems of work, permits, inductions and supervision.
  • Deploy HS&W/WISE² roadmaps, standards, audits, inspections and training in collaboration with the WISE Manager, and lead risk assessments, equipment checks, DSE assessments and WISE² inductions for new starters.
  • Collate and submit NorBal safety reporting to the WISE² team and deliver defined Road Safety KPIs.
  • Manage vendor performance (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security, waste, etc.), run service reviews and drive continuous improvement.
  • Align documentation and workplace practices with Danone standards and local legislation.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for internal customers, supporting workplace transformation and influencing stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and upskill local office coordinators, reception and vendor teams; set clear standards and build capability in WISE² and FM.

About You

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influence, capable of coaching and training.
  • Organized, analytical and resilient; able to prioritize and deliver at pace.
  • Customer centric with continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English; Nordic/Baltic languages beneficial.
  • Willingness to complete IOSH Managing Safely and work toward achieving the NEBOSH General Certificate as the longer term goal.
