Primary Purpose of the Job:

Assist the finance function with administrative tasks such as document filing, copying documents, gathering data, organizing information, analyzing reports, and generating reports.

Area of Accountabilities: 

• Keep track and monitor the monthly actual spending.
• Review and follow up to get commentaries on the spending variances. 
• Assist in gathering data and organizing documentations. 
• Analyze data, report and follow up with other functions on data collection
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

• University degree, major in Account / Finance / Business (or currently pursuing)
• Working experience with account and finance is a plus
• Related experience with administrative tasks
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness
• High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles
• Self-motivated, strong commitment and hard working
• Be able to communicate and write in English
