About the role:
This agile role has two main responsibilities. First, it focuses on making sure everything runs smoothly for Retailer and Out of Home brands by handling new product development, setting standards, managing audits and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Second, it supports the production of plant-based products by improving processes, addressing complaints, and working with teams to understand customer feedback and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Support technically the New Product Development process from Benchmarking through to Post launch, attend the benchmarking meetings with customers for product upgrades and new lines
KPI and performance / improvement in the scope
Audit and visits
The crisis correspondents for retail brand / out of home brands
Support the execution of the plant-based portfolio in close relationship with factories
