The Global Advanced Analytics COE Manager is responsible for accelerating the adoption of predictive, machine-learning, and AI-driven analytics across global and local teams.
The role drives advanced analytics initiatives supporting marketing efficiency and effectiveness, risk and opportunity detection and decision platforms for planning and prioritization, from concept and prototyping to scalable deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, ethical, interpretable, and deliver measurable business impact.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the role empowers markets and analytics communities to move from descriptive reporting toward explanatory and predictive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Analytics Product Ownership
- Hold end-to-end operational ownership of global advanced analytics products, including Marketing Mix Modeling, VOCM (Voice of Consumer Management) and future advanced analytics & AI enabled decision platforms
- Own the analytics product lifecycle: prioritization, roadmap definition, delivery orchestration, adoption & value realization
- Ensure analytics products are ready for industrialization and scale in close collaboration with IT & Data teams.
Business Impact & Value Delivery
- Ensure advanced analytics initiatives deliver measurable business impact (e.g. uplift, ROI, efficiency, actionability)
- Review, challenge, and reset models or use cases when expected value is not achieved
- Translate complex analytics outputs into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders Validation, Governance & Quality
- Act as a validation authority for advanced analytics and AI models, ensuring quality, transparency, ethics, and fitness for purpose
- Define and maintain standards, playbooks and governance for advanced analytics across markets
- Participate in a cross-functional “Brain Pool” with data science experts to solve critical, high-impact business questions
Enablement & Analytics Maturity
- Land advanced analytics capabilities in markets through enablement and training programs
- Inspire and upskill analytics users and business teams, enabling a strong global analytics community
- Educate and influence senior leaders on the value, limits, and correct use of advanced analytics and AI
- Design and deliver tailored analytics education by understanding user needs, translating advanced analytics into business value, and enabling markets to move from POCs to fit-for-purpose, scalable products
Ways of Working & Ecosystem Orchestration
- Operate effectively in a complex environment where data maturity varies and ecosystems are evolving
- Collaborate closely with data teams, IT, tool product leads, and business teams
- Manage and coordinate external advanced analytics partners and vendors
- 8-12+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or analytics leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling advanced analytics or AI solutions in real business context
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations
- FMCG, healthcare, pharma, or regulated environments are a strong plus
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong data science background with solid expertise in machine learning and predictive modeling, recent AI training is a plus
- Experience with advanced analytics use cases such as MMM, forecasting, attribution, or AI-driven consumer insights
- Ability to assess and challenge models on accuracy, robustness, transparency, and limitations
- Comfortable working with analytics and AI specialists, agencies and tech teams

- Recognized as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity
