Global Indirect Transformation is designed to drive the global direction, performance management, stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and continuous organization and people development of the Global Indirect and Procurement excellence organization.

The role of Global Indirect Procurement Transformation manager proves to be essential link between C&P Leadership team and External /Internal stakeholders including the employees, playing an important role to ensure the strategic direction implementation to achieve the goal with excellent engagement and recognition to the team.

 

 

You will be part of  Chief of Staff Office to VP, Indirect and Procurement Excellence with main responsibilities in:

 

•Develop and lead the standard performance management process and squad, driving the performance excellence with regular governance, performance monitoring, performance gap analysis and reporting with continuous performance improvement plan to the leadership team.

 

•Be PMO to oversee, coordinate, and drive progress of the strategic priorities and transversal assignments/projects  to improve the procurement standard, efficiency, productivity, compliance, collaboration, and strategic transformation across the entire teams

 

•Set up and maintain the governance of key meetings with various stakeholders to drive collaboration and performance i.e C&P category performance review, C&P leadership meeting, key stakeholders meeting, key suppliers business review, C&P regional review, cross functional meeting, etc

 

•Lead the communication and global team events with internal and external stakeholders including the C&P Leadership team, C&P Global/Regional/Local team, Employees, Suppliers, and External networks.

 

•Conduct data-driven analysis, develop business cases, and provide insights and recommendations, reports to the senior leadership to support the strategic direction and decision as assigned.

 

•Collaborate with VP and C&P Indirect and Procurement Excellence leadership team for the strategic direction development, the budget management, people planning, people engagement and development, change management and other tasks as assigned.

 

 

This is the transversal role to connect and collaborate with the entire team of Global Indirect procurement (Topline, Professional Services, Logistics categories) and Procurement Center of  Excellence ( Procurement Excellence, Insight and Analytics, and Source to Contract departments) , and with other internal/externa stakeholders to drive performance and communication excellence.

 

Short and long term objectives:

  • Ensure the entire team performance achievement, meet the annual target with individual/team reward and recognition.
  • Ensure short and long term strategic priorities/ project has been well defined, monitored, delivered  in timely manner, as planned 
  • Build and sustain the governance for standard performance management, stakeholders management, internal/external communication
  • Alignment with a lot of different stakeholders at senior levels and operational levels
  • Various knowledge and expertise required in various areas of procurement (Category management, Process excellence, Procurement operation, Data analytics and Technologies),  project management , effective communication and change management.

About you


  • You have university degree of the relevant field. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 10 years of professional experience in procurement with focus on project management or a related field in international company, with the ability to apply them to different business contexts and scenarios (experience in FMCG, Consulting services is an advantage).
  • Experience in consulting is a big plus.
  • A proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional, and high-impact projects and initiatives.  Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams covering various organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, presentation, and influencing skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to present to a global audience on a regular basis; ability to build and maintain highly effective and collaborative relationships.
  • Growth mindset, a passion for learning and innovation, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with procurement tools and systems, such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and ideas, and to apply those concepts across multiple content areas, competence in collecting and analyzing data, and developing appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
  • Overall business acumen and good knowledge of organization and operating model with the ability to find the simplest, best path to solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well to work effectively in a team-based environment.
