Primary purpose of the job:

• Drive Strong HCP Engagement, Medical Science Liaison, and build COFC & BOFC for Danone
• Effectively lead the Healthcare Nutrition (HCN) function to drive the business growth within the organization and across departments, ensuring integrated cross-functional collaboration
• Lead and develop Healthcare Nutrition Team to drive high performance to deliver business growth.

Areas of accountabilities and key tasks:

1. Team management

• Lead and develop high performance teams of HCN Channel Strategy, HCN Solutions, and Medical Affairs.
• Plan, recruit and develop HCN teams via working closely with HR and ensure the teams perform well to achieve individual and collective objectives. 

2. Main internal relations

• Play key role as commercial functions to liaise with cross functional teams
• Manage and ensure HCN teams work effectively within own and cross functional team including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain as well as regional/global team.

3. Main external relations

• Develop and drive company credibility and build company and brand of first choice in the mind of HCP and KOL via management of HCN programs in the field of Early Life Nutrition.
• Lead the engagement strategy to work effectively with relevant stakeholders including healthcare organization/institution, government & private sectors.
• Work with key stakeholders to build the category and continue to lead in the field of Specialized Nutrition (SN).

4. Scientific & technical knowledge

• Enhance knowledge and skills of HCN team to ensure high quality of in the field their expertise including developing detailing aids, training nutrition/product knowledge, field force effectiveness and medical strategies to lead in the market.
• Drive sustainable business growth via building category through education to key relevant stakeholders.   

5. Innovation output

• Drive the innovation pipeline for all HCP recommended products especially Tailored Nutrition.
• Work closely with marketing and sales functions to create an integrated medical channel strategy with profitable sustainable business model and ensuring effective execution.

6. Business impact

• Develop and execute effective Medical Channel Strategy and plans based on thorough market analysis and competitive environment as well as desired business objectives of the company.
• Develop and secure tracking of KPI’s scorecard metric & success criteria for key medical channel programs and activities.
• Ensure all activities are executed correctly based on the SOP and compliance with internal and external milk code. 

7. Strategic contribution

• Drive and influence the overall equity of our brands and credibility of Danone SN via the strategies and activities targeted to the medical channel and collaborate across the range of marketing initiatives.
• Be a team player to evaluate the business opportunities available to the SN business and provide input on the product and business opportunities

Education and Knowledge:

• Bachelor/Master degree in the field of Business Managment or relevant field.
• Medical Doctor is a plus

Experience: 

• 7 years relevant work experience managing medical/nutrition team
• Infant Milk Formula/Medical or FMCG work experiences and knowledges.
• Healthcare industry experience working with HCP/Government
• Working in strict compliance environment with lots of rules & regulation
• Leading big expert/field team
