As the Head of Modern Trade, you will be responsible for driving business development at Delhaize Group, Carrefour Group, Cactus & Provera, across all 4 product categories of Danone, and in alignment with key performance indicators (NS, CO, NCC, FCF, MS, penetration). You will leverage available resources (A&P, TT, Field, Category expertise, Promo) in collaboration with relevant functions, following the company's strategic plan (Annual Operating Plan).

You will be coaching and developing your team of Key Account Managers (KAM) and Sales Assistants for optimal performance and customer satisfaction. As Head of Modern Trade you will be reporting into the Retail & E-commerce Director.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Setting, updating and implementing the channel and customer strategy (with the other leaders of the Sales function)
• Acting as a point of escalation for customer negotiations
• Being accountable for smooth and compliant Customer Operations (Legal, Order To Cash (OTC), CRM)
• Being accountable for GPS quality (forecast bias, data accuracy, R&O), and KAM contribution to other key company processes (OTC, cash collection, InnoPro, F4G etc.)
• Budget owner for the specified channel & customers (A&P, TT, HOO)

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in commercial roles, demonstrating tangible results and strong experience in people management. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
