Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Health Safety and Environmental Manager, Lüleburgaz" position.

In this role you will be responsible from following requirements:

• Establish and manage a proactive HSE culture 
• To create, update and ensure the implementation of Danone Türkiye Lüleburgaz Factory's HSE policies and procedures with the Company's One Planet One Health vision.
• To follow local, national and international legislation regarding the safety and environment and to ensure the company's compliance with these regulations.
• Lead to HSE annual action plans for the factory.
• Optimizing waste production processes and developing sustainable solutions such as recycling and reuse.
• Developing projects that will provide energy efficiency and water savings and monitoring performance in these areas. And creating, implementing sustainability strategies and leading projects to reduce carbon footprint.
• Enter relevant data into the global online data tracking and reporting system (GreenTrack and Sphera) and monitor KPIs
• To prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders regarding safety and environmental performance. Also, to conduct internal and external audits related to safey & environment and take actions according to the audit results.
• To organize trainings for employees on HSE and to raise awareness.
• Manage to local department budget
• Provide technical and process knowledge for wastewater treatment plant.
• Assessing safety and environmental risks, creating risk management plans and being prepared for potential emergencies.
• Identify unsafe equipment operations and rules and work to inform appropriate corrective action for unsafe conditions and equipment use.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans to address root causes and management system weaknesses.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or chemical engineering 
• At least 5 years of experience in HSE or related fields.
• Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to problems.
• To have knowledge on technical issues such as waste management, energy efficiency, water management, carbon footprint reduction.
• Experience in project planning, implementation and monitoring according to safety rules
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• HSE management experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
• Having knowledge of international safety, environmental and energy standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and having certificates in this field may be an advantage.
• At least C Class Safety Specialist Certificate (B Class is preferred)
• Environmental Officer Certificate from Ministry of Environment is an asset 
• B Class Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Responsible Officer
