Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the hospital channel (public and private hospitals) to achieve the company’s growth targets and coverage plan
• Identify market trends and adjust strategies to optimize market share and revenue.
• Set KPIs and objectives for the sales team aligned with business goals
Channel Development:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in public and private hospitals, including HCPs, KOLs , KDMs ,pharmacists, and purchasing departments and GT and Pharmacies around hospitals
• Collaborate closely with HN Strategy Manager and Medical Affairs Manager to ensure alignment in product messaging and positioning.
• Develop innovative programs and solutions to enhance brand visibility and usage within hospitals.
Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, train, and motivate a nationwide HN team, ensuring high engagement and performance.
• Provide coaching , training and support to the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing regular feedback and development plans.
Regional SFE
• SFE and commercial excellence – manage the OCE system
• Build and manage census and headcounts optimization
• Building a future fit organization – training & team competencies
• Delivery of KPIs and Functional promise
• Build strong Healthcare Engagement Model that comprises 4 key pillars
1) Where to Play- comprise clear understanding of the therapeutic area and insights, customer HCPs, consumers and comeptiton
2) How to Play – Segmentation and profiling of customer, and create winning proposition for customers with value and services
3) How to Win – Design and execute multi-channel campaign, measuring success, optimization and sustain
4) How to Sustain – Set data, tech and backbone; identify and set future fit organization
Business Development & Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitive dynamics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market conditions to make data-driven decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product distribution and availability in hospitals.
Budget & Reporting:
• Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales within the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in the hospital channel.
• Proven leadership experience, with a history of managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, especially hospital purchasing processes and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
