We are excited to welcome a new colleague to our fantastic HR Benelux team. Our HR team includes 4 HR Business Partners and 2 HR Coordinators across CBU Netherlands and Belgium. In this role you will be based in our beautiful The Lobby Offices in Rijswijk – while having the hybrid working option to also work from home or one of our People Hubs a few days of the week.
As an HR Business Partner, you'll not only proactively identify and address HR-related business needs but also play a pivotal role in helping our business leaders achieve their goals by transforming business strategy into impactful HR solutions. You will champion employee advocacy, deliver impactful managerial coaching, and craft dynamic engagement strategies to boost wellbeing and drive long-term commitment to business success.
