The Internal Control Manager is responsible for leading risk evaluation and risk control in the Japan CBU and by functional domain across other CBUs in the CNAO region. S/he drives the CNAO internal control roadmap for standardization, automation, and simplification and brings added value to key functional domains from a risk management perspective.
<SKILLS & COMPETENCIES >

Business Partnering: Have the ability to translate internal control principles into practical business operation guidelines, providing professional and implementable suggestions to business departments.; Proactively build long - term trust relationships with business teams, keep abreast of business dynamics, and identify potential risks in advance.
High level English, business level Japanese language skills (both written and oral).
Critical thinking, clear communication, continuous improvement mindset, willingness to step beyond comfort zone.
<EXPERIENCE >
・ 7+ yrs of progressively responsible experience in audit/IC. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus. Diversified profile with experience other than audit/IC is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA) are a plus.
・ Experience with using data analytics (e.g. ACL, PowerBI), familiarity with SAP. Interest in automation and AI is a plus.
・ Experience in cross-functional project management, change management, and working with shared service centers is a plus.
・ Experience in personnel management is a plus.
