YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

 

The Global Customers & Commercial intern will accompany Global Category Commercialization and Channel Strategy & In-store Excellence teams in mapping and understanding the local business performances and will be involved in the development of strategic framework & toolkits to infuse expertise into the local sales community.

 

It’s an exciting job and should foster the intern development on connecting sales, marketing, and business aspects. He/she collaborates with cross-functional teams, including local/global Revenue Growth Management, Category, Strategy & Insights, Marketing…

 

Alexis, Global Customers & Commercial Lead, will support you to thrive in your missions: 

  1. Support shopper understanding by analyzing channel, category, and shopper data to generate insights that refine sales strategies, enhance category and channel performance, and strengthen customer engagement.
  2. Support on the roll-out at Global Scale of the Danone Way of Execution (Danone´s Perfect Store Program) – analyzing data, building training materials and identifying and scaling Best Practices.
  3. Assist in the development of global category commercialization plans and contribute to the commercial strategy definition for specific innovation projects.
  4. Animate the Global Customers & Commercial Community by sharing best practices and fostering a cross-fertilization mindset around customer and shopper marketing.

THE BENEFITS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP/INTERNSHIP: 

  • Develop your skills in Global Sales in FMCG 

  • Up to 2 days/week of remote work

  • Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

About you

Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone: 

  • Available from July for a duration of 6 months
  • 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or engineering school
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and business sense skills, with an initial experience in market analysis, competitive analysis and business cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to build relationships with different stakeholders
  • Agile and know how to work in a changing environment
  • Regularly use excel and powerpoint
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
