The Global HR department is currently looking for a Global HR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Well-being Trainee to join our team as soon as possible. The position is based in Paris (Boulevard Haussmann) or near Lyon (Limonest).

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

In an international and multicultural environment, where we value everyone’s uniqueness, you will report to the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Well-being. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION

• Contribute to the DEI roadmap animation and mission, supporting Danone’s transformation
• Animate and support our local HR communities and Champions, animating & supporting the network worldwide
• Animate & support the DEI communication Campaigns
• Support the organization of DEI events and activations

WELL-BEING FOR EMPLOYEES

• Develop & support the project management phase roll-out of our Global Well-being Program, based on 3 pillars (Nutrition, Mental Wellness and Physical Well-being), as well as the global strategy new developments and initiatives
• Support the organization of events for employees
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new Well-being related initiatives
• Support and co-lead the Communications plan
