You will have the chance to support our Global Sustainability Team, connected with business teams through the globe. You will be part of a highly motivated & international team, who is currently designing the future of sustainability in Danone. You will get a 360º vision of Sustainability stakes on each of our categories (Dairy, Plant Based, Waters, Specialized Nutrition) and countries. And you will be in contact with many different functions and will join a team with high responsibility and visibility (team of the Chief Sustainability Officer) 

You will have the opportunity to get to know and learn about holistic plans on sustainability X business, and how to communicate and engage on what we do and how we do it at Danone.  

 
YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

Within the Global Sustainability Transformation team, this internship will take place in Paris  (75009), at our headquarters starting from July 2026. 

Amandine, Sustainability Transformation Manager, will support you to thrive in your missions: 

Participate in the roll out of Danone Sustainability strategy (Danone Impact Journey) : 

• 40%: Lead engagement platform for the internal sustainability community worldwide (functions, categories, geographies): monthly community meetings organization, newsletters/ communication assets preparation, and contributing to coordination between internal stakeholders  : information deployment, toolkit and material development... 

• 30%: Contribute to the roll out of the communication plan (external & internal) on Sustainability in collaboration with the communication & public affairs teams : support on creative assets development, plan coordination... 

• 30%: Contribution to build engagement around the topic of value creation in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.

You should definitely be an enthusiastic self-starter who is organized, not afraid to work autonomously and knows how to prioritize & respect deadlines. You have:  

• High organizational skills and synthetic thinking. Creative mindset is a plus. 

• Very good relational skills (working with various stakeholders) 

• Strong interest for sustainability. Knowledge of the FMCG / food sector is valued. 

• Interest for communication and engagement topics. Previous experience is valued. 

• You feel comfortable with Power point and creative tools is a plus. 

There are also some compulsory requirements: 

• You are an enrolled Bachelor/Master student in Business, Engineer or a relevant field. 

• A sustainability experience or academics is a plus. 

• You are fluent in English – oral and written. 

• You can start in July for 6 months, 5 days per week.
