About the Job

As Digital Traceability Intern,

You will be part of the T&T (Traceability & Transparency) team, who is leading the pillar I (Traceability Fundamentals) of the Digital Transformation program. This pillar consists of the deployment of 3 systems enabling the digitalization of traceability processes within Danone, x-category.   As our intern, you will help us on the following:

• Data Collection Process and Design Build
  • Consolidation of various inputs from all factories with the current ways of working on Traceability
  • Creation of an approach to digitalize elements that are currently not system managed today.
  • Support the development of a design to an efficient digital traceability process with AI
• Report and KPI management:
  • Identify and list necessary KPIs to be monitored.
  • Support the development of relevant dashboard reports into Power BI
• Communication Kit:
  • Build the necessary materials in a creative manner to communicate about the systems’ features and enhancements.
  • Support the animation with all factories.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute and support other project activities within the team.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A Masters student from Engineering School or Business school in Business Analytics, Data Science, or other related fields.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Synthetic, fact based and driven.
• Autonomous & Results oriented.
• At ease with technical & digital contents, knowledge on IT tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft)
• Open, curious, able to work in multi-cultural environment.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in November 2024/January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2 times per week;

Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
