In this internship, you will be part of the Supply Chain Integration team, within our Cycles & Procurement business operation. During this internship, you will have the chance to communicate with various stakeholders such as Global Ingredient Buyers, Country Business Units and plants active across Europe. Additionally, you will be collaborating with Pricing Coordinator team and Front office teams and support on all contract balance initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include

• Providing analytical support such as data entry, collection, creating contract balance templates, and reporting contract balance KPI’s.
• Ensuring that the contract balance process runs smoothly by monitoring stakeholders’ actions to timely fulfil requirements to supply security and avoiding out of stock. 
• Building different planning and contract modification scenarios to minimize the material supply risks.
• Support supplier level meeting preparation and communications.
• Support the team with any ad-hoc projects in the team such as improvements in the tools that we use, preparing specific report, etc

• You are a Bachelor/Master student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field
• You have strong communication skills and like being in touch with multiple stakeholders
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (PowerBi is a plus)
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Agile and detail orientated

As a Supply Chain Integration intern, stakeholder management will be second nature to you. You can transform data into useful insights and have great organizational skills. On top of that? You’re a curious self-starter that is not afraid to put yourself out there who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non EU-citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in March/April 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - spoken and written
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2-3 days per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
