At Danone, we are building a Global Business Services (GBS) Organization, which supports key business functions including Employee Services, Purchase to Pay, Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, and Master Data Management. Our DBS (Danone Business Services) operates across 16 geographies, with 2,500 employees and an annual budget of €200M.

As part of our Global Team, you will play a crucial role in cost controlling for One DBS, contributing to financial analysis and reporting processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Consolidating and analyzing global costs and FTE data.
• Monitoring financial performance, preparing reports, and supporting planning and forecasting activities.
• Preparing and communicating reporting guidelines and instructions.
• Supporting the development of presentations for various stakeholders and business forums.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to our DBS dashboard in Power BI.
• Assisting in month-end closing processes, including intercompany invoicing and cost center reclassifications.

• You are interested in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• You are communicative and can effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.
• You are agile and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities.
• You speak English at a C1 level.
• You are proactive and can work both independently and as part of a team.
