Role Overview: Supporting the Data and Analytics team in quality systems optimization and data integration projects across QFS function and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Support & Documentation

• Support implementation of quality and Data and Analytics in digital transformation initiatives
• Document processes, workflows, and technical requirements
• Assist in dashboard development and maintenance
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Support testing activities

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Assist in communication across different levels:
  • Factory teams (operators, quality managers)
  • Regional coordinators
  • Global project teams
  • IT/Technical teams
• Create targeted internal communication materials
• Monitor stakeholder engagement tracking

4. “Optimistic” tool Implementation Coordination

• Coordination assistance for pilot plants implementations
• Coordinate meetings between local and global teams
• Monitor Document implementation progress
• Support user adoption activities

5. Process Assessment & Documentation

• Learn to conduct as-is process assessments
• Interview process owners and stakeholders to understand the needs
• Create process maps and workflow documentation
• Participate in identifying improvement opportunities
• Document data flows

1. Training & Development

• Create training materials for new tools and processes
• Coordinate training sessions with stakeholders
• Document system usage guidelines
• Maintain training documentation
• Track training completion and feedback
• Support user adoption initiatives

4. Data & Analytics Support

• Document data quality issues

Required Qualifications:

• Student on Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization
• Organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Desired Skills (Nice to have):

• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Basic SQL understanding
• Experience with visualization tools
• Process mapping capabilities
• Project coordination experience
