YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This internship will take place in Paris at our La Fayette starting from July 2026. Robin, Senior Manager in the team Sustainability Performance Reporting Team will  guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role: 

MANDATORY REPORTING DISCLOSURE (60%) 

You will be involved in the development of Danone’s main communication support (Universal Registration Document) and have a comprehensive view on our mandatory sustainability performance reporting. Specifically, you will: 

• Contribute to the development and upgrading of the CSRD report included in the URD along with close collaboration with global internal sustainability experts for both qualitative and quantitative content, 

• Proactively search for new ways of working and efficiency in collaboration with internal (global teams mainly) and external stakeholders (auditors, advisors, etc.) even through technology to strengthen the formalization of our knowledge and processes, 

• Support the upskilling and empowerment of key team and top management on sustainability reporting topics (ad hoc presentation, etc.) 

DANONE WAY PROGRAM (20%) 

You will learn how Danone is guiding and measuring its local subsidiaries on its business and sustainability strategy through the Danone Way program to foster sustainable growth. Specifically, you will: 

• Draft and present PowerPoint trainings to 80+ local Danone Way SPOCs, ranging from beginners training on the Danone Way program, to more advanced presentations on different sustainability topics. 

• Contribute to the preparation of the 2025 Danone Way campaign, relying on a consolidation technology and a network of 100+ local coordinators, 

• Learn how the Danone Way results are animated at local and central levels: supporting data visualization and presentation of the insights to relevant stakeholders. 

RATING AGENCIES' REPORTING (20%) 

You will be involved in the development of voluntary rating's agenda and learn how to manage internal collaborative process in selected extra-financial ratings and rankings (Sustainalytics, S&P ESG, etc.). Specifically, you will: 

• Contribute to the annual planning of key ratings and rankings that Danone proactively engages in 

• Support collaborative response to selected ESG questionnaires via engagement of senior internal stakeholders, data collection and review, and identifying and executing improvement opportunities, 

• Perform analysis of Danone’s results on these ratings and rankings to feed our sustainability strategy and improvement plans, 

• Work on automating ESG ratings and rankings data collection processes through IT solutions and by identifying synergies and overlaps between questionnaires coming from different ESG ratings and ratings

• You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor’s +4 or gap year) to 1 500€ (Bachelor's +5) gross/month

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Available from July 2026 for 6 months 

• Academic background in sustainability (university, business or engineering school) at the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school 

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, in an international environment. Other languages is a plus 

• Keen interest in sustainability, nature, social, health & nutrition and business matters 

• Highly rigorous, meticulous, data-driven and analytical. At ease with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, Teams, etc.) 

• Recognized for your proactivity, autonomy and organizational skills,  

• Ability to work and communicate with a vast variety of internal stakeholders, 

• Highly collaborative, flexible ways of working,
