IT & Data Global Solution Architect for the O9 platform within the IT & Data D2D Supply Chain Planning team plays a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and architectural landscape of the O9 solution for Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning process. Its mission is to design and oversee the implementation of solutions that align with Danone D2D Demand Planning & Integrated Business Planning business objectives and seamlessly integrate with satellite systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

• Lead the design of comprehensive and scalable solutions within the O9 platform for Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning area.
• Define system architecture to ensure a robust and efficient solution.
• Ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Identify and evaluate relevant technologies for integration.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Integration Expertise:

• Bring expertise in integrating the O9 platform with satellite systems such as SAP ERP, Promotion Management, Financial Management, External data  and Data & Analytics platforms.
• Create seamless data flows and connections to optimize the overall solution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including O9 Product Owners, O9 Solution Strategist,  IT Product Developers, Solution Delivery Leads, the Technology and Integration team (GTI), and the Data & Analytics team.
• Ensure that design principles aligned with Enterprise architects domain strategies.
• Foster seamless communication and synergy among these teams to ensure that the architectural vision aligns with user stories, needs, and feedback.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure that technical decisions support the overall architectural vision and business objectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the technical quality of deliverables, including adherence to coding standards, data integrity, and system performance.
• Maintain the architectural integrity of the O9 solution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT & Data D2D Supply Chain Planning team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance technical processes, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements and align architectural decisions with user expectations.

Deliverables:

• Architectural designs, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.

We expect you to have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in solution architecture, particularly within supply chain planning or related domains.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions on the O9 platform.
• Strong knowledge of integration principles and experience integrating the O9 platform with SAP ERP, Satellite systems and Data & Analytics platforms.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively gather technical requirements and provide updates.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to technical details.
• A proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to take ownership of technical initiatives.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts and principles is a definite plus.
