About the Role

Our IT&DATA organization is transitioning to a product-centric model focused on user value and continuous improvement. We are hiring a Senior Product Analyst for the Cash & Risks Squad, part of the Treasury & Tax product supporting global corporate finance processes.

You will support the Product Owner in managing the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring treasury systems deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Functional Analysis
Gather and analyze requirements from Treasury stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business processes and systems.

Product Backlog Management
Support backlog prioritization and maintenance.
Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

Treasury Systems Expertise
Act as a functional expert on Treasury Management Systems.
Contribute to solutions related to cash management, forecasting, financial risk, and debt management.

Delivery & Implementation
Collaborate with developers to implement requirements.
Support testing, UAT coordination, and release validation.
Ensure quality and smooth deployment of solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the interface between business users and technical teams.
Build strong relationships with Treasury and IT stakeholders.

 

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered. 

 

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in treasury systems
• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (Diapason, Quantum, KTP, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Functional Knowledge


Strong knowledge of corporate treasury operations
Cash management and liquidity forecasting
Financial risk management (FX, IR)
Treasury accounting and controls
Payments and bank connectivity (nice to have)

Technical Skills

Experience with treasury system integrations and financial data flows
Familiarity with data analysis tools or SQL is a plus
Understanding of APIs, interfaces, and financial messaging (SWIFT, ISO20022) is a plus

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions
Autonomous and proactive mindset
Strong collaboration in cross-functional teams

Languages

French and English are required

Nice to Have

Experience in large multinational environments
Knowledge of treasury transformation programs
