Our IT&DATA organisation is transitioning from a project delivery toward a product-centric approach, grounded in user value, product delivery and continuous improvement. As part of this journey, we are hiring a Senior Product Analyst for our Cash & Risks Squad. 

This team is one of the three squads that make up our IT&DATA Treasury & Tax product, which supports related corporate finance processes globally.  

The role sits at the intersection of business, product management, and technology, ensuring that treasury platforms and tools deliver high business value while maintaining reliability, compliance, and scalability. 

You will be accountable for maximizing the value of the product, ensuring alignment with business priorities across Cash Management, Financing, and Financial Risk Management. 

Acting as the voice of the customer, you will drive product decisions, manage the backlog, and guide a cross-functional squad to deliver high-impact, scalable, and compliant solutions. 

The Senior Product Owner will report to the IT&DATA Treasury and Tax Product Owner based in Paris, France.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for treasury solutions. 

• Align product strategy with Treasury business objectives and global financial strategy. 

• Anticipate evolving needs driven by: 

• Regulatory changes 

• Digitalization of finance 

2. ProductOwnership& Value Delivery 

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value. 

• Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable features and user stories. 

• Define success metrics (KPIs) and ensure value realization. 

• Make trade-off decisions between scope, time, and quality. 

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary interface between Treasury business teams and IT. 

• Engage with key stakeholders: 

• Group Treasury (Front / Middle / Back Office) 

• Finance, Accounting, and Risk teams 

• External partners (banks, vendors) 

• Ensure alignment and transparency on priorities and delivery. 

4. Agile Delivery Leadership

• Lead Agile ceremonies (or ensure their effectiveness): 

• Sprint planning 

• Backlog refinement 

• Reviews and demos 

• Provide clear direction to the squad (analysts, developers). 

• Ensure continuous delivery of high-quality increments. 

5. TreasurySystems & Functional Leadership 

• Drive evolution of solutions across: 

• Cash & Liquidity Management 

• Cash Forecasting 

• Financial Risk Management (FX, IR, commodities, derivatives) 

• Debt & Investment Management 

• Ensure systems are: 

• Reliable and scalable 

• Compliant with internal controls and regulations 

• Aligned with treasury best practices 

6. ProductGovernance& Continuous Improvement 

• Monitor product performance and user satisfaction. 

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation. 

• Ensure strong risk management, auditability, and compliance. 

• Contribute to treasury digital transformation initiatives. 

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• Product leadership: 8+ years in Product Ownership/Management, delivering Treasury Management Systems (Diapason, Quantum, KTP) in Agile environments.
• Treasury expertise: strong knowledge of cash & liquidity management, financial risks (FX, rates, derivatives) and transformation initiatives.
• Value-driven mindset: ability to prioritize complex backlogs, drive decisions and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Tech & delivery alignment: solid understanding of system architecture and integrations; effective collaboration with engineering teams (SQL/PowerBI/JS a plus).
• Ownership & impact: strategic thinking, strong influence, hands-on execution and high accountability.
