We are looking for an ambitious innovative person to lead our new team and the implementation of IWS Manufacturing, ensuring employee involvement and taking the lead as Operations Department Manager for our production lines!

IWS – Integrated Work System is a proprietary way of improving manufacturing reliability, reducing costs and elevating productivity. IWS is a disruptive way of working predicated on two primary principles zero losses and 100 percent employee ownership.

We want you to take the lead in coordinating the IWS implementation and track the Masterplan. You will in the process also act as the Plant (Factory) Manager’s ally and guide the local Leadership team.

As our new IWS & Operations Department Manager you will promote, communicate and train the employees in IWS. You will get competent support and sparring from your colleagues at Danone Waters Europe, who have significantly experience in working according to IWS manufacturing principles. Business strategy & Operational Management are part of your tasks and your key deliveries are creating value for the company with a positive impact on PnL.

You are responsible for 3 lines (departments) to achieving goals and drive continuous improvements. You report to the Operations Director and lead 65+ people with 4 employees reporting directly to you. You oversee “Improvement Projects,” collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in CAPEX projects. You implement the SQCDME policy, ensuring competencies and resources, monitoring KPIs, and make corrective actions in case of incidents.

This is a full time permanent position and ideal start is as soon as possible. You will be based in our location in Brande, and are expected to work on site at least 4 days/week.

To succeed in this position, we believe that you:

• Are result-oriented, proactive & curious by heart
• Have minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within an international company
• Have a higher education within Business management, Engineering, Operations Management, Environmental Science or relevant
• Have proven experience of leadership, and a coaching leadership style that fosters an inclusive culture
• Are innovative and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Skilled in project and change management
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
• Preferably you also have experience with IWS
