We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Digital Project Manager to join our vibrant digital marketing team. In this permanent role, you will report to the Senior Delivery Manager, contributing to the seamless delivery of our digital initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in supporting senior project managers and ensuring the efficiency of our agile workflows.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, SME’s and Scrum Teams to plan and execute end to end delivery of assigned initiatives 
  • Run agile ceremonies such as daily and weekly stand-ups, ticket prioritization and retrospectives with brand, digital and agency teams 
  • Manage Jira ticket allocations in our Boards – validating ticket information has been provided correctly. Work with ticket requesters to update Jira tickets and briefs when gaps are identified. 
  • Resource allocation bookings for our internal digital delivery team and communications with stakeholders on expected delivery timings   
  • Working to coordinate the delivery of a range of digital activations from eDM to website updates to support tickets and beyond. 
  • Weekly and monthly eDM reporting  
  • Budget tracker management for digital and eBusiness teams. 
  • Requirements and documentation support for website builds 

About you

You are an experienced Digital Administrator with a background in digital agencies or internal project teams. Your strong working knowledge of Atlassian tools (or similar) and your ability to transform marketing briefs into actionable JIRA tickets make you a perfect fit for our team. You excel at managing multiple project ceremonies and handling resource allocation bookings. Your effective communication skills ensure that delivery expectations are clearly conveyed to stakeholders.

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (Agency experience is desirable)
  • Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus or with any CMS
  • Marketing experience is a bonus
  • Certification in project management or administration
  • Skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and manage stakeholders within tight timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
