Junior Strategy & Insights Analyst

YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Strategy & Insights Analyst will include (but not limited to):

• Support local market research strategy and annual research plan
• Active cooperation with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Manage collaboration with market research agencies (Nielsen, YouGov, IQVIA)
• Work closely and support the marketing team and Partner Business Units to identify opportunities to better use the data
• Use the global insight portal to enrich local studies with global consumer trends
• Support team with CEE overviews & ad-hoc studies and make standard reports
• Be responsible for local market reporting & monthly management updates
• Manage, maintain, analyze, and evolve the market research reporting system
• Monitor and control dedicated ad-hoc research projects
• Regularly create market deep dive analysis and work on strategic internal projects with cross-functional teams
• Lead brand performance tracking

We are looking for a Junior Strategy & Insights Analyst with the following profile:

• At least 1-3 years’ experience in the field of market research/consumer insights
• Proven skillset in data management systems (Advanced MS Office, especially Excel high-level usage is a must including Pivot Tables, Excel advanced functions, etc. (experience with PowerPivot, Excel VBA macros, PowerBI is an advantage but not a must)
• Proven experience with Nielsen Retail Index and related software, experience with YouGov HH Panel
• Proven track record in project management and marketing research
• Ability to consolidate information into insights, actions, trends, and clear recommendations
• Advantage: Experience in briefing and full management of ad-hoc market research projects (qualitative & quantitative)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in the field of marketing /sociology/ economics
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
