We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager who will manage the Academy’s portfolio of learning and development initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure the high quality and smooth delivery of learning activities.

The Learning & Development Manager will play an important role in planning and delivering activities across the Industry 5.0 Academy and the DTTC and TTC network. Working closely with key partners and teams, this person will identify learning needs, set priorities, and translate them into concrete learning and communication initiatives.

The role combines stakeholder collaboration with the day-to-day management of Academy activities. Key responsibilities include managing the learning calendar, LMS administration, reporting, supporting governance processes, coordinating learning events, and communicating with learners, trainers, and partners.

The person in this role will work closely with Global HR, Danone Academy, DTTC and TTC teams, as well as internal and external partners. They will help ensure effective collaboration across stakeholders, a smooth flow of information, and the timely delivery of agreed activities.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, including creating learning content and managing it through LMS platforms.

You are able to identify learning and development needs and translate them into concrete programs, training initiatives, and other learning solutions. You have experience in designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, trainers, and internal and external partners.

You care about the quality of learning programs and the overall learner experience. You are able to monitor program delivery, collect feedback, and use data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

You are interested in new technologies and keen to explore digital tools and innovative solutions that support learning. You are confident using Excel and PowerPoint, while knowledge of Power BI would be an additional asset. You are comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and using them to support decision-making.

You have strong organizational and project management skills and are comfortable managing several initiatives in parallel.

You build relationships easily and collaborate effectively with different teams, experts, and partners in an international environment.

You are curious, open to development, and eager to explore new tools, technologies, and approaches in Learning & Development.
