Als Logistic & Shipment Coordinator heb je een organiserende en uitvoerende functie binnen een expeditie- en laboratoriumomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de coördinatie van uitgaande zendingen als de logistieke ondersteuning van interne processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten correct worden gedocumenteerd en voldoen aan regelgeving (zoals NVWA-richtlijnen), en je ondersteunt het laboratorium met goederenontvangst, voorraadbeheer, afvalverwerking en distributie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Coördineren van nationale en internationale zendingen.
• Controleren van transportdocumentatie en zorgen voor naleving van regelgeving.
• Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in het verzend- en logistieke proces.
• Ontvangen en verwerken van inkomende goederen.
• Distributie van verwerkte goederen binnen de organisatie.
• Voorraad- en magazijnbeheer.
• Afvalbeheer.
• Administratie en factuurafhandeling.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van logistieke processen.

• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain of laboratoriumomgeving.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
• Servicegerichte houding, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig.
• Hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgericht denken.
• Bereidheid tot vaccinatie tegen Hep A, Hep B en DTKP.
• Heftruckcertificaat is een pré.
