About the M&A Team:

The M&A Team reports to the CFO of Danone Group.

Over the past years, Danone has been active in M&A & portfolio management, with a robust volume of transactions including acquisitions and disposals.

The M&A Team is split into two regional teams:

• One team, based in Paris, covering Europe & the Americas
• One team, based in Singapore and Bangkok, covering Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa

The M&A team plays a critical role for transaction execution and portfolio management. As an M&A intern, you will have the opportunity to join and learn from a highly dynamic team focused on driving M&A initiatives at Danone.

About the role:

As a M&A Intern, you will...

• Follow the M&A news in the region and work on targets’ profiles.
  
• Support the M&A team in preparing monthly M&A meeting presentations.
  
• Assist the M&A team in the execution of M&A transactions on specific tasks (including financial modelling, valuation, presentation drafting, etc.).
  
• Work on ad hoc tasks as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need…

The following technical skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business-related.
• Strong understanding of finance.
• M&A knowledge (process).
• Solid accounting skills.
• Strong command of the English language.

These soft skills:

• A strong work ethic with the willingness to take initiative.
• Flexibility, agility, intellectual curiosity and the ability to multi-task.
