In the context of your job and be responsible for the following:

• Creating and controlling the shift plans of the maintenance team
• To prepare Maintenance Plans in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
• Creating preventive maintenance plans and following the practices.
• Developing maintenance procedures and monitoring their implementation.
• To take precautions by making necessary analyzes to reduce malfunctions.
• Identifying areas to intervene and directing the team to solve problems.
• Responding to emergency calls for maintenance needs.
• To control the continuity of the buildings' electrical, compressed air, steam and fluid systems.
• Creating utility maintenance plans and checking that maintenance is carried out within the plan.
• Training maintenance workers to meet future business needs.
• Controlling and providing equipment inventory.
• Determining and tracking spare part needs.
• Checking the spare parts warehouse.
• Creating maintenance budgets together with the maintenance manager.
• Reviewing expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance activities.
• Managing the necessary relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Organizing new product trials with the Quality and R&D team.
• Creating projects to improve production, occupational safety and product quality.
• To prepare the annual energy budget and present daily and monthly information to the maintenance manager.
• Creating projects to reduce electricity, thermal and water costs in the factory.
• To monitor that the energy coming to the factory is of a quality that meets the operating needs.
• To follow up the projects to be carried out in the factory.

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all equipment and systems within the facility. This role involves developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, diagnosing equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Maintenance Executive will work closely with production teams and external contractors to ensure optimal performance of all equipment, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the plant.

• Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities,
• Has problem solving skills in technical service activities,
• Has strong communication, -Prone to teamwork and cooperation,
• Success and goal oriented, persuasive, enterprising, dynamic, self
• confident, -Preferably worked in a mineral water or water filling facility,
• Preferably knowledgeable about Utilities equipment,
• Able to use MS office applications well,
• Preferably able to use SAP warehouse stock module,
• Have good English writing, reading, and speaking skills,
• Has a class B driver's license,
• No domestic or international travel restrictions,
• Suitable for flexible working hours
