About you

We’re Hiring: NATURAL WATER Grouper (Senior Brand Leader)

 

Location: Santa Fé, Mexico City

 

We’re looking for a visionary brand leader to set the strategic direction for our Still Water category, accelerate growth across the Bonafont portfolio, and lead breakthrough consumer experiences.

 

What You’ll Lead

Brand & Portfolio Strategy

  • Define long-term positioning and the Still Water portfolio roadmap.
  • Build strategy through deep consumer and competitive insights.

Campaign & Channel Execution

  • Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, e‑commerce, in‑store, and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent, locally resonant messaging across all channels.

Innovation Leadership

  • Partner with R&D and Product teams to design and launch market‑relevant innovations.
  • Drive concepts from ideation to full commercialization.

Trade & Retail Marketing

  • Collaborate with Sales and Trade teams to create impactful programs.
  • Strengthen retailer partnerships and execution across modern & general trade.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Translate data into clear strategic actions.
  • Influence pricing, innovation, communication, and category growth decisions.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles (brand, category, innovation, consumer insights, or related fields).
  • 3+ years in leadership roles, successfully influencing cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. (FMCG is a must)
  • 5+ years in a management position, leading and developing marketing strategy.
  • Strong experience in brand building, portfolio strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and innovation.
  • A proven track record of delivering growth, consumer engagement, and impactful brand execution.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
