About the job
- Managing the brand to achieve planned results in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
- Preparing nationwide promotional activities in cooperation with other departments and partner agencies.
- Developing media support in collaboration with the media team and partner agencies (TV, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
- Creating POS materials for promotional activities.
- Managing projects related to the launch of new products on the CZ/SK market and overseeing marketing support to ensure their successful introduction.
- Managing the marketing budget.
- Regular collaboration with regional/global teams, sales, and finance departments.
- Conducting market share analyses.
- Monitoring the competitive environment.
About you
- University education with a focus on economics or marketing (graduate or final-year student).
- Previous experience in a marketing position preferred.
- Proficiency in Czech or Slovak is a must.
- Advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
- Presentation skills.
- A creative, independent, and proactive personality.
- Ability to manage agile projects.
- Strong analytical skills (working with data).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office – MS Excel, PowerPoint.
