We are seeking a passionate team member into CEE Medical Science Team responsible for Pediatric Specialized Medical Nutrition in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The main aim of the role is to effectively translate medical science into demand generation and business opportunities. The role involves identifying and addressing relevant medical needs in clinical practice and evidence generation to build credibility, generate sales, increase market share, and sharpen the Therapeutic Area (TA) Strategy.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Science and Medical Evidence: Design and execute initiatives to leverage existing data, and ensure clear and useful scientific content for all stakeholders. Identify gaps in existing evidence, propose and generate new evidence for relevant TAs.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for specific TAs, collaborate with stakeholders on relevant initiatives.
  • Internal and External Education: Provide learning solutions and proactive communication on scientific evidence of the TA, develop educational support and cross-functional interaction for implementation.
  • Cross Collaboration: Identify and analyse competitive activities and trends, contribute proactively to product composition design, define product positioning, and provide medical guidance in cross-functional TA teams.

Therapeutic Area (TA) Responsibility: Infant milk formulas, Allergy, Faltering Growth, GI diseases

About you

YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in the field of natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine
  • At least 2 years previous working experience in the same or similar position
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills, a growth mindset, flexibility, can-do approach, open mind
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak, English min. B2
