1. Monitoring and controlling the quality and quantity of milk delivered by suppliers
2. Maintaining (according to existing procedures) in good conditions the professional, technical and operational relations with suppliers in order to increase the quantity of raw milk and effectively implement the company's objectives

Main accountabilities

• Responsible for recruiting new dairy farms.
• Participate in the quality control of raw milk by collecting samples from suppliers
• Develop milk performance KPIs for existing farms by maintaining professional, technical, and operational relationships with suppliers.
• Assist in training programs for suppliers.
• Implement dedicated programs for Animal Welfare and carbon footprint reduction.
• Report to the direct supervisor any issues related to raw milk supply activities in the assigned area.

• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of specific reports required by company management.
• Organizing and planning the activity in the territory, regarding:
  • investigating potential suppliers in Chance for All project area
  • visiting farms within the Chance for All project
  • identifying new suppliers and attracting them to the company's portfolio or within the local cattle breeders' association
• Complete any tasks or responsibilities assigned by superiors within the given timeframe.
• Availability for a flexible and extended work schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

• Bachelor’s degree in Husbandry Faculty or Veterinary faculty
• 2-3 years’ experience as a purchasing manager or agent.
• Experience using procurement software and databases.
