The Organisational Design & Culture Manager drives all HR transformation initiatives across South Africa,
Nigeria, Ghana & Francos

The OD & Culture Manager will oversee 

• Business Strategy: Craft Sub-saharan Transformation agenda to enable business performance
• Organisational design: 
• Culture: Create and implement strategies to promote a positive, collaborative company culture. They work to
  nurture cultural values and behaviors
• Fixed Cost: Manage fixed costs in line with business strategy
• Transformation: Lead Diversity, Equity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completed HR Related Degree
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture and
  Organisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm
