• Consolidating monthly payroll attendance tracking by obtaining it from relevant departments for the employee groups they are responsible for.
• Preparing and checking monthly payrolls based on payroll attendance tracking.
• Organizing monthly payroll summaries and reports.
• Accounting for monthly payroll and performing accounting reconciliations.
• Calculating severance pay, notice pay, and other entitlements for departing employees.
• Managing and conducting correspondence for legal follow-ups.
• Preparing monthly Social Security Institution (SGK) declarations and lists; obtaining accruals.
• Monitoring changes in the Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law that will affect monthly payroll processes.
• Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of incentive applications in accordance with legislation.
• Actively participating in process development projects carried out on SAP HR and conducting user tests.
• Proposing process improvement projects and implementing relevant projects from a process improvement perspective.
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities
• Min 3 years of experience in payroll
• Actively using SAP HR module and SuccessFactors HR applications
•Proficient in Labor Law, Social Security Law, collective bargaining agreements, and industrial relations processes
• Proficient in using MS Office programs
• At least B1 level of English proficiency
• Competent in reporting and data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Analytical thinker, successful in human relations, and compatible with team work
