1) To continuously reinforce the production lines technological/process control in order to improve product quality and industrial performances.
• Elaborate with Q&FS department the QC and Standard Operating procedures.
• Continuously improve quality of production through Statistical Process Control and process parameters update.
• Identify/put in place actions to continuously improve production line productivity (output, loss).
• Define and deploy Best Practices (elaborate and run training program for shop floor people).
2) To identify non-conformities causes, propose action plans and ensure their efficient implementation (troubleshooting).
• Participate in root causes analysis in case of non-conformity (quality or industrial performance).
• Participate in building action plan to go back to standard operating condition, and ensure objectives are met.
• Communicate results and learning to other sites.
3) Validate and guarantee the Process Control aspect in all Raw/ Pack / Process projects (Inno/Reno/Booster/Product Sourcing projects).
• Input in projects on the feasibility study on Process control aspects as key project team member.
• Coordinate the Raw & Pack trials phases on the production lines.
• Validate the R&D Process spec and translate them in Standard Operating procedure.

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering.
• Basic Project management skills including risk analysis, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Problem-Solving methodologies.
• Technical or Process background.
• Knowledge of factory Raw material, Packaging material, Products, Processes, and equipment.
• Understanding of Raw material, Packaging material, and Technology development process.
• Understanding of Raw material, Packaging material, Process, Recipe, and FG specifications management.
• Understand computer literacy.
• Respect Q&FS and safety and environment standards on site and have a high understanding of ISO/HACCP/GMP/safety/environment systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Having the leadership skill competencies.
• People oriented.
• Interpersonal skills.
