We are looking for a Strategic Portfolio Manager who can oversee and optimize the project portfolio by ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, creating business value, and enabling data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will evaluate and manage initiatives within the project portfolio, collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps in opportunities or offerings and translate these into opportunities; conduct thorough business case evaluations for funding requests, and provide actionable insights for value realization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Feasibility assessment for production locations and support for capex studies.
• Coordination of communication regarding systems and practices impacted by projects.
• COGS validation in collaboration with the finance department.
• Prioritization of project entry and workload validation for the factory.
• Ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team for industrial implementation.
• Consolidation of Capex & Opex for RF through management of the project portfolio and productivity pipeline.

Key Deliverables:

• Feasibility assessment.
• Operational connection between the project team and the factory.
• Management of the full COGS productivity pipeline.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Operations, Finance, or Research & Innovation.

Skills and Competencies:

• Project management.
• Data and tools management.
• Knowledge of product and packaging materials.
• Knowledge of production locations and technology.
• Financial knowledge (business metrics, profit and loss accounts, business cases).
• Cross-functional influence.
