About the job

As the PRGM manager, you will be assisting in the formulation and implementation of PRGM strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with the overall EVAI strategy. Providing analytical support and insights to aid in the decision-making process, leveraging data to drive business performance, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of PRGM activities, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.

 

As a PRGM Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  1. Financial analysis for Portfolio Management: Conduct detailed financial analyses of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Use these insights to recommend strategic adjustments to the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial performance goals and long-term profitability. Collaborate with PRGM and finance team to maintain a data-driven approach to portfolio optimization.
  2. Profitability-driven Price Management: Work closely with PRG% and finance team to forecast demand and analyse pricing strategies. Provide recommendations on pricing adjustments based on market dynamics, cost structures, and competitive positioning to maximize profitability.
  3. SKU Mix Management: Optimize SKU assortment by evaluating sales performance, consumer preferences, and profitability metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product offerings and enhance overall portfolio financial efficiency.
  4. Promotion Management: Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns by analysing sales data, promotional ROI, and consumer behaviour. Develop strategic guidelines for promotional activities to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
  5. Financial integration in Trade Terms Management: Collaborate with finance and sales teams to define trade terms, pricing agreements, and promotional structures. Ensure financial robustness in negotiations, aligning outcomes with corporate profitability targets while fostering strong customer partnerships.
  6. Data-driven decision support: Act as a key connector in the Finance and PRGM team, consolidating data from multiple sources to provide insights for decision-making. Build robust financial simulations to support scenario planning and guide strategic choices across pricing, promotion, and portfolio initiatives.

About you

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, with financial knowledge including P&L management, as well as price, promotion, and ROI analysis of promotional initiatives.

  • Previous experience in managing revenue growth, ideally within luxury brands and within a strong multinational FMCG company (spirits, high-end/premium).

  • University Degree
  • English fluent. Other languages are welcome (French/Spanish/Italian...
  • Open-minded attitude: Good listener, self-motivated with drive and passion. Adaptability: Ability to easily adapt and leverage a truly international and multi-cultural environment to effectively engage people.
  • Planning: Ability to anticipate and plan ahead.

  • Analytical skills: Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Communication: Good communicator, influencer, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
  • Project Management: Solid project manager and cross-functional team player, interfacing with local, central, and global teams from RGM, Sales, Finance, DP, Marketing, and IT/DATA teams.
