We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. As the Single Point of Contact for Operations, Research & Innovation (R&I), and Quality, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success. Your responsibilities will include project delivery within budget and timelines, with a keen focus on safety, quality, and punctuality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical and Technological Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge to Operations and R&D during the industrial pre-feasibility phase for all projects (including innovation, renovation, productivity, and sourcing).
  • Resource Assessment and Planning: Collaborate with factory teams to assess resource requirements and create comprehensive project plans.
  • Risk Evaluation: Participate in evaluating risks related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, and New Technology (SQCDMN) at the factory level for all projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the factory and project teams to ensure overall execution quality and adherence to SQCDMN performance indicators.
  • Post-Launch Review: Support post-launch project reviews at the factory level, embedding key findings into future projects across the factory and EU through the R&D/OPP/POM network. Contribute to defining project execution standards within the EU.
  • Technical Committee Participation: Act as the plant’s technical and technological expert within the Factory Project Steering Committee.
  • Industrial Trials and Materials Flow: Establish and maintain a streamlined process for industrial trials, project execution, and materials delivery and storage.
  • Industrial Trial Management: Independently assess and respond to industrial test requests based on factory capabilities.
  • Test Scheduling and Optimization: Efficiently schedule, organize, and optimize industrial tests and new product start-ups.
  • Validation and Reporting: Independently conduct Industrial Tests & Validation for white mass duplication projects (even with specification changes), new material development (both online and copacking), innovation projects, and small productivity improvements. Generate comprehensive project trial reports and communicate findings to the Project team.
  • Homologation Process Ownership: Collaborate with R&D to assess and develop feasibility responses for project briefs.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Passion for driving excellence and achieving results.
