We are on the lookout for a passionate Product Owner Lead specializing in Data & Analytics (D&A) to join our dynamic IT & Data Team in the Benelux region. This role is all about leading the D&A team and collaborating with functional teams across the organization to drive innovative D&A technology solutions. If you have a proven track record with IT tools in the D&A domain, experience in successful D&A projects, and the ability to translate stakeholder requirements into business objectives, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate rapid prototyping of data solutions in collaboration with partners.
• Oversee the technical design of D&A solutions within a cutting-edge environment (including Azure Cloud, Informatica, Snowflake, Power BI).
• Ensure alignment with the data architecture and framework of the Global/Local data environment.
• Drive product adoption by tracking development progress and incorporating feedback.
• Manage costs associated with product development, vendors, and services.
• Incorporate external benchmarks and best practices into our processes.

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Leadership experience in developing and implementing Data Analytics, Business Intelligence Products, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Cloud, and Big Data Products.
• Extensive expertise as a Data team lead, Data Product Owner, or Project Manager of Data solutions.
• Ability to align complex data architecture with business strategies and initiatives.
• Strong servant leadership qualities, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Persuasive influence skills, collaborative partnership abilities, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of agile methodologies and the SCRUM framework.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and French is highly advantageous.
