Join Danone Canada as a Project Manager IPRO and lead innovation, renovation, and productivity projects across various product categories. Based in either our Toronto, ON or Boucherville, QC offices, you will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Purchasing departments, as well as North American plants and co-manufacturers. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager IPRO, you will manage a portfolio of product initiatives to drive sales growth and margin improvement, while leading cross-functional teams and overseeing project P&L, risks, resources, and planning. This role offers high visibility, diverse project leadership, and growth opportunities within a global company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of product initiatives to drive sales growth and margin improvement.
  • Engage with Marketing to understand business needs and identify productivity opportunities with R&D.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and oversee project P&L, risks, resources, and planning.
  • Provide project updates, escalate issues, and communicate with the Executive Committee.
  • Improve project management processes.

Success Indicators and Challenges:

  • Meeting launch deadlines and adherence to financial commitments while ensuring quality.
  • Leading multiple projects and managing cross-functional work.
  • Balancing attention to detail with a broader strategic vision.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Experience in FMCG; food industry experience is a plus.
  • Project management and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of an income statement (P&L).
  • Proficiency in the Office suite.
  • Team leadership and adaptability in non-structured environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, organized, energetic, enthusiastic, curious, and empathetic.
