• Manage local implementation of tools and project related to the R2R project roadmap in coordination with the Global R2R team, local Services Excellence and Continuous Improvement Leads.
• Ensure the availability of all solutions required for the optimum performance and delivery of quality services by R2R.
• Manage and organize the relationship and the communication with IT department for R2R solutions, including IS integration of business and deployment of enablers.
• Identify improvement opportunities with FICO leads and coordinate with the R2R Lead for their validation and implementation, focusing on process harmonization and efficiency.
• Identify root causes for recurring issues and animate with R2R stream leads the prioritization of the permanent solutions implementation.
• Prepare and facilitate Local governance requirements, including KPI reviews, communication with Central R2R lead and the Services Excellence Lead
• Ensure that processes and systems continuous improvements are compliant with Company policies and with the DANgo controls
• Other duties as assigned.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or other function with applicable experiences.
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes, SAP, and systems.
• Digital, data, and analytical mindset.
• Experienced in business partnering and have a service-oriented mindset.
• Proven project management and continuous improvement skills.
• Able to identify risks and convert those into opportunities.
• Experience with leadership, team management, and community engagement.
• Able to foster an environment that values teamwork, collaboration, and sharing of ideas and work.
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
