About the job

As a Registration Officer you are a key driver of the Liverpool Supply Point strategy in our growth markets and therefore provide strategic support to the business.  As a Registration Officer you are responsible for the delivery of the Supply Point specific documents which are necessary for registrations (to support new product launches, re-registrations, notification of changes & tenders) at the CBUs. You will ensure accuracy, good attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to handle sensitive information.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

 

  • Process and manage registration applications in accordance with company policies and procedures in a timely and correct manner
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of registration documents
  • SPOC for CBUs for requests for registration dossiers and follow questions and queries from MOH’s for site
  • Scanning and sending dossiers to CBU’s for review
  • Update and continually improve standard templates for registration documents and develop new document templates as required by CBUs e.g. due to changes in legislation
  • SPOC for Registration Officers from other Supply Points
  • Provide documentation for important tenders
  • Manage priorities effectively
  • Source information required for registration dossiers and queries from MOH’s by liaising with internal colleagues
  • Managing CBU’s expectations regarding timelines for receiving their documents and answers to MOH queries
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all registered individuals/entities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of their registration and any required documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to registration.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient registration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Educations and Experience needed : 

 

  • Good educational background with further education qualifications an advantage
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, food supplement or related industry
  • Capable of working on multiple priorities and setting targets and timeframes
  • Adaptable enough to work in an environment that changes / challenges daily
  • Ability to work in a pressurised, heavily targeted and measured environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
