As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Analysis and follow-up of all promotions in the KPIs of Volume, Net Sales, profitability, and efficiency of investments, to define strategic guidelines that allow us to have a more efficient promotional strategy for each client and each brand.
  • Monitoring and analysis of promotional financial KPIs by client and brand.
  • Develop promotional policy recommendations, recommended pricing policy and evaluation of new formats and new products in alignment with the company's strategy, to adapt categories for a sustainable future.
  • Driven in the search for business solutions/proposals to achieve the CO/NS targets foreseen in the company's roadmap, managing KPIs such as price, portfolio, mix and Promo.
  • Ensure support to the team of NKAs and category managers, about Revenue KPIs and encourage the definition and implementation of action plans that allow us to achieve internal objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:

 

  • Degree in the areas of Management, Marketing or Economics.
  • At least 3 years experience in a simulated role. 
  • Financial Knowledge (including PL Management for clients and Brands), as well as Price, Promo and ROI analysis of Promotional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and Power BI.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to propose recommendations to the business.
  • Communication and relational skills, as well as evidence of proactivity and focus on solutions. 
  • Proactivity and curiosity in learning and contributing to the business.
  • Ability to adapt to unexpected changes or challenges.
