About the position: 

As our new Sales Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical skills with your passion for sales & commercial, managing our CRM system and support several internal stakeholders in different projects. You will report to, and work closely with our Key Account Manager Kesko & Fields, and be located in our Helsinki office. 

This is a part time & permanent position, and please note that we are looking for a current student in Finland who can attend the office 20 hours/week. 

You main task will be, but are not limited to: 

• CRM Management: Take ownership of our CRM system by managing updates, handling inquiries, and ensuring seamless operations.
• Product, Pricing and Promo Maintenance: Ensure accurate updates to product categories, pricing, and promotion details in our CRM.
• Project Coordination: Use project management tools to organize tasks, monitor progress, and enhance team collaboration.
• Customer Data Creation: Assist in creating and maintaining customer profiles.
• Product Information Updates: Keep product details up to date within our analytics systems (e.g. Power BI)

We are looking for someone who is curious and have a structured mindset by nature. You are interested in working with numbers, want to learn more about sales and feel comfortable working independently at times. 

What we hope you will bring: 

• An ongoing education (preferably your first or second year) within Business Management, Business Admin, Sales or IT 
• New perspectives and ideas and curios mindset
• Technical skills to learn and master data systems, CRM systems, Excel & Power BI (good experience is highly meritorious)
• Excellent eye for details, and ability to structure your work
• Excellent communication skills (experience from working in international corporate environments are highly meritorious)
• Excellent skills in Finish & English (fluency is required)
