Compliance & Security Risk Management
• Analyze compliance risks & opportunities through Danone's Compliance Program and build strategies to ensure continuous business growth and defining business-centric practices.
• Participate and contribute to the SEA Compliance Committee meeting whenever required.
• Ensure collaborative objectives are achieved with various internal stakeholders in relation to internal audit, internal control, risk management and process efficiency.
• Develop, adapt, and implement the global Security policy, guidelines, and standards throughout SEA, in collaboration with the Zone Security Director.
• Work with all the CBU Business Services stakeholders (GS, HR, Finance, IS-IT) to ensure the protection of the company’s people, assets (material and immaterial) and interests in SEA.
• Work with all the CBU stakeholders (Quality Food Safety, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales) to develop security/food defense/food fraud mindset and practices all through the supply chain.
• Assist internal teams for all projects which include risks for the company’s assets (human, material and immaterial) and bring security expertise to reinforce prevention, protection, and contingency plans: new factory/offices, restructuration, new logistics providers, new co-man, new suppliers, etc.
• Provide security awareness for employees and management when needed/
• Undertake security verifications and investigations when required.
• Assist Cycles & Procurement for all contracts related to Security field-of-activity.
• Be a strong partner for Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Crisis Continuity Management (CCM), especially for contingency planning.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder map and liaison with local security authorities in coordination with the GS team.
• Connect with security vendors/consultants.
• Connect with security representatives from other companies.
Corporate Compliance & Security Policies
• Be the subject matter expert on Corporate Compliance and Security Policies.
• Knowledgeable and agile to conduct training on various topics related to Corporate Compliance, Security and internal investigations.
• Anticipate and evaluate weak signals related emerging compliance and security trends and strengthening the compliance culture within CBUs.
Danone Ethics Line
• Communicate Danone Ethics Line to stakeholders. Manage internal investigations reporting in Danone Ethics Line during internal investigations.
Audit
• Support to internal control/audits on compliance and security to identify areas of vulnerability, opportunities and risks.
Compliance Internal Investigation
• Undertake the compliance internal investigation role in SEA and support the SEA Compliance Officer in internal investigations related to non-compliance of policies.
WISE Coordinator
As a WISE Coordinator in SEA, the responsibilities include:
• Coordinating with the regional safety manager/auditor on global mandates, projects including managing discussions and/or negotiations related to its execution in SEA.
• Cascade global WISE projects to the SEA MBUs through its respective WISE representatives and/or safety managers to ensure the projects are executed.
• Ensuring synergy in WISE practices within SEA by providing any necessary support to the WISE representatives.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting or related field. Possession of any professional certification related to the role such as Certified Fraud Examiner, ASIS or TAPA security certificates, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7-10 years of professional auditing, analytical or similar professional experience sufficient to perform the duties of the role.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Safety Manager familiar with the regulations and practices related to Occupational Safety and Health.
• Experience and knowledgeable on various areas of SEA laws on corruption, competition, data privacy, international trade sanctions.
• Experience and knowledgeable on various security topics in SEA, dealing with prevention, protection, response and investigation.
• Strong operational risk background with in-depth experience in managing risk for business.
• Excellent in communication, analytical skills with the strong ability to organize and plan strategically.
• Maintain high level of integrity and corporate governance expertise.
• Proven ability in multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, high attention to detail, meticulous, follow-through and accuracy.
• Understanding the technical knowledge in FMCG business and requirement.
• Collaborative mindset and attitudes with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a high performing team of professionals.
• Ability to lead investigations.
