About the job

• Responsible in developing product in line with business strategy and that meets good quality, cost optimization, production efficiency, marketing requirement, regulations, Danone standard, and product launch timeline & budget
• Applies technical knowledge from wide variety of sources to solve problems and provide solutions for business continuity to meet business target and timeframe with no negative impact to consumers and within regulation.
• Formulate recipes and manage technical tasks related to prototypes preparation, sensory evaluation and PPP test for Innovation, Renovation, Productivity, Secure, Quality and Compliance (PSQC) project as well as raw materials qualification whilst exhibiting Danone CODES behaviors.

• FTSE4GOODS Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitutes and any related regulations applying locally.

About you　

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering or other related fields.
• At least 5 years in Product Development of Food products and / or Nutritional products.
• Good command in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft office program (word, excel, power point).
• Knowledge in product development, Sensory Evaluation techniques and Regulations
• Knowledge in dairy ingredients, food ingredients and nutrition
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
