Mission :

• Maintain accountability and oversight of all security issues for CBU Algeria
• The objective of this role is to provide continuous, coordinated, comprehensive, business integrated security support services to Algeria CBU.

Delivery will be based on the Danone Global Security Policy and SOPs thereby ensuring that security threats to personnel, assets, information and business objectives within Algeria are properly identified, evaluated and countered effectively and efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, legal or intelligence, or related domains.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid experience in security management, preferably within Retail, Logistics, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to turn data (inventory audits, incident reports) into concrete action plans.
• Deep knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and fire detection technology.
• Ability to diplomatically enforce security standards across all departments.
• High level of composure and reactivity when handling unforeseen or high-pressure situations. "Crisis Management""
• Absolute discretion and professional ethics in conducting internal investigations.
